The Gottman Method is highly valuable for any relationship. Communication is the key, and after trying numerous counselors with little success, this training stands out. Adam provides an effective, tool-supported approach to work through difficult discussions, helping both partners to feel validated and heard. I highly recommend taking this training sooner than later .
