Had problems with ants. Nate came in and inspected the problem areas and since we have animals he advised us on the best course to follow. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely use them again.
Daniel “JR” was amazing and sorted out our mouse and bug issue super fast. He found the entry point, treated the problem, and will be coming back in a few weeks to follow up. Amazing service from Smithereen and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.
Hired them to come spray house. 45 a month for a year. Paid around 6 months only seen them twice. They would call set appointments i would leave work early to meet them. They then wouldnot calling or showing up. Even after the 2 sprays still was seeing bugs. Worst exterminator around.would not recommended hiring.
Not sure why basically I got ghosted by the technician when it first he was so excited to help us. But when we tried to contact him back he would not ever contact us even after I called their National number three times in the last time I was told he would contact us but he did not so I'm sorry but he gets one star. If I could give him a zero I would have.
