Fast and friendly service!! would recommend to anyone in need of service to their heating equipment or new installs!!!!
The company itself is good. Fare prices and good responses. The downside and it seems to happen every time you contact them is Samantha. She is extremely rude and unhelpful. She talks down at you in a very condensing manner. Even raising her voice at you. I understand she is the owners daughter but she has no business answering the phones like that. Even the other employees can't work with her manner! GET RID OF HER!
Just BAD
Approved for heating assistance called to get delivery was rudely told they don’t have payment from the state and offered zero assistance. Thanks for being the typical oil provider and disrespecting your customers.waiting for the excuse for being rude. Seems all the bad reviews have the high school reply of it’s not their fault. Looking forward to swapping to electric heat in the near future.
I’m not one to get on here and write reviews but I do when it’s bad, have been a loyal customer here for years. Tell me why I’m driving by the towers past the dunkin and the oil van drives out right in front of me with no care. I stop short, tires skidding, and if I had driven another inch I would’ve smashed into the side of the van with all the equipment in the back. You have a HASMAT CDL you should know how to drive.
