Went for the Whole Cow event last night for my boyfriend's birthday and was completely disappointed and won't be returning. Arrived early for our 8:30 reservation and was told they were running behind, but not given any estimate of time. Waited in the lobby until after 8:30, asked how long the wait would continue to be and was told 20-30 minutes. Smith & Wollensky’s was fantastic from the hostess to the exit. The service was top notch. Jordan was awesome the whole meal. Very informative and personable. The Seafood Tower to start was loaded with fresh oysters, crab, lobster, and shrimp. The presentation and quality of the Swinging Tomahawk Ribeye and sides were A+. A huge piece of chocolate cake finished everything off. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended
