WRONG WIRE TRANSFER and LENGTHY UNDERWRITING Please be cautious using Smith Title. We were due to close on selling our home November 14th. A document from the buyers was received November 11th that somehow pushed closing to November 18th. Fortunately, my family was still able to close on our new purchase on November 15th.
