Called three times and was rushed off the phone and talked over every time. I understand a busy environment, but to be so rushed as to make people feel as if they're inconveniencing you while they're actively trying to pay you is pretty absurd.
WRONG WIRE TRANSFER and LENGTHY UNDERWRITING Please be cautious using Smith Title. We were due to close on selling our home November 14th. A document from the buyers was received November 11th that somehow pushed closing to November 18th. Fortunately, my family was still able to close on our new purchase on November 15th. Because of this change our funding did not come from closing on our sale.
