This is a great place!!
These guys are the best! Was traveling from Atlanta to Western North Carolina with two dogs in the car. Low pressure light came on passenger rear tire while stopped at McDonald’s. Put some air in it myself at the gas station but looked at tire and saw that there was a piece of metal sticking out. No way I was getting back on the highway like that. They did not do what I needed them to do they do not do that kind of work but I am sure they do quality work
We got a flat on the interstate and a Good Samaritan stopped to help us change to our spare. He also recommended we stop in here at Smoth’s to get a new tire. We were just before closing and they had our car up on the lift and tire changed within 15 minutes. Wow!! They were friendly and gave us a good deal on a single tire for our rental car! Thanks guys! We were able to get back on the road and make it to Florida on time.
This place took advantage of someone who didnt know much about cars and put the wrong size tire on and refused to make it right when I called them the following day. And then I followed up with the manager and he still refused to take the tire back. I wouldnt recommend this place at all!
