I contacted this firm to assist my mother with changing a life estate deed to a warranty deed. The attorney that I spoke with seemed very uninterested in assisting us with our situation because as he put it "It would be a Pain In The Butt' to handle. He did advise us that one of his attorneys that handled litigations would be contacting us. NEVER HAPPENED.
