Updated review: Jan 8, 2026 update: "The grinch at work after Christmas" My January payment arrived 3 days past the late fee deadline due to mail carrier mishandling of my letter mailed on December 29. The local store manager tried to waive the late fee but his boss said no, which stuck me with a $58.60 late charge. That's a poor way to treat a longtime customer with 10+ years of on-time payments.
