Because I’m 32, they told me getting my wisdom tooth removed would cause nerve damage. So I left it in, and it became rotten. I went to Metro, and they took it out immediately without any complications. I think Brian Smith may be too old to continue this work, or they need to update his tools and technologies.
Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed; 2 being impacted, I was nervous and the entire staff handled it greatly and my mouth healed very well
Awful practice. I scheduled my wisdom tooth removal surgery with them 6 months ago and they just now called me a week before my appointment saying they need to cancel my appointment. They can’t even reschedule me because there’s supposedly no openings until October, but they don’t have that schedule out right now. I tried to explain to them that I’m in pain and need them removed asap, I’ve been waiting 6 months but they don’t care. AVOID this place at all cost.
