As always Toby and his company provided excellent customer service in a prompt manner and at a reasonable price. Smith's has been our family's "go to" for AC repair for many years and will always be our first choice!
The people were very professional but I was overcharged for a part for my ac unit. I looked up the part on line and the highest price for the blower control board was $49.98. I understand you are in the business to make money but charging me $418.00 for the part is totally overcharging!
