A Cool Breeze has been my exclusive provider for heating an air conditioning service since I moved to the area 5 years ago. Unfortunately I will no longer be doing business with this company because if it’s inability to process payments in a timely fashion. Twice in the past year I have received invoices that are over a year old. The most recent is from April 2016. Never had a problem, way better than the last company I used and were able to get out and find the issue. Of course the same part has now broken 3 times, and they have serviced it under warranty each time. This time they gave me an option that might keep the part working, it is a 7 year old compressor, instead of just saying replace it, they offered me a 160.00 part option that might work. So I'm trying that, if it works for a year it's well worth it. Love the service and that it's a little guy doing the work.
Saw A Cool Breeze working on a neighbor's a/c and scheduled them to come check mine as it was overdue. Stan did a detailed cleaning and maintenance job and was friendly and professional, answering all my questions. I'll definitely be calling A Cool Breeze for my future a/c needs.
