Zero stars, came in on Monday for an exam, he told me to come back Thursday. He doesn't even work on Thursdays.
Dr. Smith’s office is old, filthy, and smells, with a revolving door of staff members, usually rude staff members. His bedside manner has always been lacking and needs improvement. However, I made the mistake of overlooking his issues and stuck with Dr. Smith for 13 years. During office visits, he prioritizes a quick turnaround rather than thorough examination. Saw my fiance and he blatantly ignored pretty much every question he had. Had his hand on the door knob pretty much the entire appointment.
