I have been going to Dr Smith for over 10 years for my FAA class 3 medical and have always found him to be efficient and knowledgeable.
Dr. Smith’s office is old, filthy, and smells, with a revolving door of staff members who are usually rude. His bedside manner has always been lacking and needed improvement. Zero stars, came in on Monday for an exam, he told me to come back Thursday. He doesn't even work on Thursdays.

Unfortunately, he's rarely available in critical situations and tends to redirect sick patients to urgent care. During office visits, he prioritizes a quick turnaround rather than thorough examination.
