Zero stars, came in on Monday for an exam, he told me to come back Thursday. He doesn't even work on Thursdays.

I've been a patient of Dr. Smith for an extended period, but I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of care. Unfortunately, he's rarely available in critical situations and tends to redirect sick patients to urgent care. During office visits, he prioritizes a quick turnaround rather than thorough examination.
