Terrible Experience.
BEWARE renting from this company. They are lazy and unprofessional. They charge tenants for damages resulting from landlord negligence and charge huge fees despite confirming in writing that property is in “spotless” condition. Predatory and opportunistic managers who exploit tenants who do not have the deep pockets to take legal action against them.
