Everything with setting up the appointment, the p.a., and xray tech were very good, but I left the office feeling more frustrated and upset than when I came in. I was taken in to get xrays first, which noone told me I would be doing or asked if my insurance would be okay without precertification, which is perfectly fine. Dr. Smith came in shortly after, asked me to do two arm raises, and then promptly began discussing how my problem was a "physical exercise" thing.
