Smith Property Management has shown how little they care about their renters. From prolonging sending information to renters insurance to negligence regarding property repairs. The most recent incident involved the company handling the mold show up during the weekend, ENTERING THE HOUSE WITHOUT WARNING, causing my partner and I to believe the apartment was being invaded by someone who would rob us or cause harm to us. Tried to contact them several times both through Zillow and over phone. No answer and it’s really hard to understand how to even book a showing. That made us ask, how will it be with the potential issues with the property. That made us look elsewhere 😳
