Absolutely the worst management and worst maintained apartments in Hammond. Not once did they change the A/C filter (which was filthy when I move in) so I changed it myself. When I reported that the A/C was not cooling properly, they never responded. Five months after we moved out, I received a letter from their collections department saying that there was damage to the apartment when I left. Easy and efficient renting. Very nice leasing agent and atmosphere. They really understood the concerns I had for my college daughter moving away from home. They've eased my mind and I know that my child will be happy and safe. Thanks for the reassurance and the efficiency of leasing and your professionalism. Would recommend!
Management is AWFUL! They're units are OK, but only because of location. It's like they harass the kids, just because they can. They hold checks, threaten to tow vehicles that have parking pass, very slow to respond when repairs are needed and are NEVER in the office. Would only recommend as a LAST RESORT.
Since they got a new manager I have been really happy with their service, my apartment looks good and I can walk to school.
Do not rent from these crooks. Staff is a complete joke and you never meet owner. Aparments are filthy and falling apart. Refrigerator had mold in it and roaches everywhere. They will not return security deposit.
The management is horrible. They handle everything very poorly. Once something goes wrong, it's impossible to get it fixed.
Worst place to live, yes the apartments look nice and looks like everything is ok but once something falls apartment its impossible to get the staff to get maintenance requests handled!
