I called Wednesday. Chris told me to be in the shop 7 AM on Thursday morning. Job only took a couple of hours. I had some codes popping up on my transmission and it being a heavy wrecker. they fixed my truck the next day, the same problem happened again I called a couple of times, they said to call me back but never did, but I spent enough $$$$ for that
Juan is a stand up guy! We had a code pop up & had limited time with a refrigerated load that needed to make it to SLC, UT. His team cleared the code & got us back on the road asap. You just don't see this type of help in the repair side of trucking these days. Sincerely, Mack Truck Lines
