Used Smith Pools for 13 years. Called them because my service tech didn’t come one week and my pump wasn’t running. The new owner came out and after 30 seconds said I needed a new pump. I asked him how that was possible if my tech was just here (never came) he told me “he’s not going down that road and if asked him about it again he would leave”.
