Please read this review. Am not any hater. Am common patient. I used to visit for thyroid doctor every 6months. Here, I was asked to visit doctor every month. They will schedule some appointment every month and they will charge if we don't attend. They will ask to attend appointment and then only they will send prescription to pharmacy. Please think once
Well I have had this person as my Doctor for many years and yesterday he called for my phone appointment and put me on hold. then get a attitude when I hang up like I am on his time then when he transferred me to the receptionist to take my co pay he must thought I was on hold and told her the dummy on the phone how unprofessional can he be bad doctor for sure should had listened to his assistant long time ago when he told me he’s a bad doctor. I will no longer be a dummy giving him my business SMH.
Dr. Smith was very nonchalant about his assessment of me. He would look at my blood results and never changed my meds only asked about how I felt. After changing doctors, due to Dr. Smith's sudden absenteeism, did I find i was in need of better care.
