I don’t know how I can show how much I appreciate this group! I moved here 7 months ago and they have helped me tremendously! First - my electric scooter wheels needed fixed and they did it quickly and efficiently! Secondly- my c-pap mask broke and I have insurance through another state and it was going to take weeks to get a new one - they got me one in 1 day by giving me a sample! And finally-during a time I have to be quarantined because of the corona virus (I am immuno- suppressed) they fixed the throttle on my scooter! ... read more

I Would Not Ever Recommend this place to Anyone. My Uncle received a bed from them and has had Nothing but Problems with it. His wife has called for it to be repaired Several times, only to be put off or down right lied to. They have the Worst Customer Service I have ever seen.
Mr. Ken was the most helpful! I live out of state and needed a wheel chair over the weekend. We were leaving on a Sunday and they were going to be closed so I wasn't sure if I would be able to rent the chair that I desperately needed for my mom. Mr. Ken was so kind and he offered to come and pick the wheel chair up from me. He and his company went above and beyond to help me in my crisis. Thank you again Mr. Ken!!!
No doubt Smith Medical and the Smith family are my favorites! Amazing family with an amazing medical supply store!
