We had two senior cats ,19, and 20yrs old, AVH helped them to cross the in Nov 2024 and May 2025. They are such a patient, kind and loving staff of people, much needed at those times. They have customers for life!
Staff is absolutely AMAZING!!! Always take special care of my pets. Highly recommend!
I walked in this morning with no appointment because my cat was acting aggressive and out of character last night. The staff was so amazing and nice, they took me back to a room right away. They did a thorough examination and asked tons of questions to get the full context of her new behaviors. They made sure my cat was comfortable the entire time, even while drawing blood.
