I've been trying to schedule an appointment with Dr. Smith for a month, and my experience with their office has been incredibly frustrating. The staff's unprofessionalism and the lack of response, even from the manager, have left me deeply disappointed. They claim to be accepting new patients, but getting 'approved' by the manager seems impossible. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, the issue remains unresolved. I have been going to this office for over 15 years. I was a patient of Dr. Bonkowski when Maria Smith took over. Until recently (the last 2 or 3 years) I respected and trusted her completely. I felt my health care was perfect. But when she became one of the concierge Dr. and my husband and I were not on the band wagon of paying 1,500 each per year, she seemed to not care about her patients as much.
