The lack of concern for the needs of the patient...Don't expect the staff to care. Today I had to call to verify insurance information and it TOOK 20 MINUTES from the time I dialed the number to the time I hung up. It was simply, Is this information on file? Yes. That's all. And it took 20 minutes. Getting blood work/test and using the information appropriately is an issue...Oh, you need to be fasting. Oh, you didn't need to be fasting, we aren't doing that test. Very knowledgeable, and explains things in ways that I can understand.
She has been my Primary care Dr. For 11 years. She is a Wonderful Caring Person and Dr. I don't always follow her directions like I should but She knows her stuff??Nothing but Wonderful to me!
Thought she was a good doctor. Then I had a blood pressure problem. Can't get a medication question answered As how/when to take a med, no response to four office calls about this. Wondering why the doctor isn't answering this question. Is she not getting the info or does she not know the answer?? She's incorrectly renewed my prescriptions again. I'm about to give up on this office and physician completely.
Dr. Smith is the best doctor I've ever been to. She is very professional and spends all the time necessary to take care of my problem. Her referrals have always been great. I highly recommend her to my family and friends.
Run from this practice. It is only a business run for profit. Money is their Hippocratic oath.
