My appointment was at 8 30 am...it is now 9 23am and still have not yet to be seen....checked in online days ago confirmed app. On phone as well. Still have 1 family ahead of me! Crazy!
I have been with Dr. Smith since my son was 2 and four kids later he is still their doc. He listens too me all the time and respects my children and what they have to say. My son is 16 and daughter 14 and have lots of questions. He is amazing he trained me back in 2007. Love him love him.
Horrible He Doesn't Listen !!! My Daghter Went Through 6 Different Formulas And Finally The Last One Was Perfect She Didn't Cry/Scream When Pooping And Didn't Poop 22 Times In A Day Anymore ... I asked Him Too Prescribed It For Her So Wic Could Give It Too Me He Laughed And Said That Formula Is Not Even Milk .. He made a racial joke about my daughter. On Valentine's Day I had my daughter in a pink dress and he took one look at her and asked if I was getting my one year old ready for her quinceanera. I could not believe those words came from a black man seeing as how racism is tough on black people. Absolutely disgusting and I already changed drs. Never again. Smh.
