I worked with salesman, Manar Ali, at Van Nuys Kia on 9/1/25, and found him to be a very experienced salesman. Not only did he know his stuff, he was kind, funny, honest, and took the time (as well as his manager) to work with us to reach a price that I could afford for the purchase of a 2025 Kia Telluride. Since the vehicle was missing floor mats, he even was willing to ship those to me since I live out of that area, at no cost to myself. I would highly recommend MANAR ALI for your next car purchase.

The prices for an oil change and tire rotation at this place are insane..  I have had two done on my 2024 Kia Telluride.  The first showed a charge of $87.06 for the oil change plus $24.95 for the tire rotation.  The total was $122.19.  That was in September of last year.  I had another one done in February, 2025.  The oil change was $87.06 and the tire rotations $55.50 for a total of $181.20.  As part of that, there was a charge of $8.88 for the mechanic using his own tools.  I am not sure I have ever seen that before.  Thi... read more

Our family has 3 2025 KIA's. Love them. But Daytona KIA has made this buying experience miserable!Our salesman Troy was great!But, after verifying the terms and shaking hands with Victor, the good feeling disappeared.Finance presented different numbers, then stated we would need to add a down payment. This is not what was agreed to! I received a mailer from Smith Kia claiming I had won $5,000 if I matched 3 tabs. The instructions told me to call and come in to claim my prize. When I arrived, I was pressured into a car sales pitch and then told my "prize" depended on a random code that was never clearly explained in the promotion. In reality, the "winnings" were nothing more than a $25 tire repair discount. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic designed to mislead people into visiting the dealership under false pretenses. Horrible service and unprofessional staff! Dropped my car off only for multi point check and they did oil change and tire rotation without asking me first. The car was leased 3 months ago and not due for oil change or tire rotation, they just do whatever for money!

i went to Prestons kia to just get a ball park figure and drove home in a new car, Sean was salesman. He explained everything about the car to me and answered my questions. fixed me up with my first appointment. They were able to get me into the car i wanted.
