My wife spoke to David regarding a car we were planning to purchase from Smith Kia. He took our info down and promised to call back with more details and to schedule a time to come in. He never called back. Not what I consider good business/salesman.
So two years ago I bought a 2017 Kia Soul just the basic at Smith Kia Bellingham. My circumstances didn’t warrant anything else. They were so nice then and said do this and that and come back in two years and we will help you again. Well I did what they suggested my credit score went way up, local credit union gave me a way better interest rate....Today I drove away with a 2020 Kia Soul GT with sunroof and other belles and whistles.
