Smith Kia was the perfect place to buy my first car! I loved the environment, and the sense of community I received from each employee I interacted with there- especially David who was amazing in showing me my Sorento! My family has a long history of buying cars from this Kia, and I plan on continuing to buy my cars here as well!
From the very beginning they were very accommodating, they waited until i got off of work and i didn't feel rushed at all. What a pleasant buying experience. Great place to buy a car - no nonsense and no "let's make a deal" junk. David worked with us answering any questions we had and was great to work with, thanks. Terrible customer service at the Service Department. I have been a Smith KIA customer for the last 7 years and never had such a bad experience before. When people work in a customer service role, they need to be people oriented. Sadly, this is not the case here to say the least. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
