RecommendedI bought my KIA from another dealership and it needed a new transmission. Luckily it was under warranty still but unfortunately it took awhile to jump through the hoops of paperwork. But in the end a couple of guys came in on their days off and worked 12 hour shifts to get the job done. Thank you so much!
Such a great experience! We went in and met with Bruce, he was so helpful and actually listened to us. He was very straight up about everything and didn’t try to hide any info. He and his team went above and beyond to get us exactly what we needed in our budget ( honestly the deal was better than we imagined) I can’t thank them enough! I always enjoy buying cars there and they provide great experience. That's why I and my family bought 11 cars there since 2007. Jason, general manager is always great, Matt at finance is always happy and nice guy, Jerry at the service department is very friendly and professional. Also all other staff members at sales, parts, and technicians are doing great job. You gotta love them. Thank you Smith Kia and I hope everyone stay safe and healthy

I recommend the sales department, had a great car buying experience. The service department not so much. Had my car towed in on a Tues or Weds had to have my ex call Thurs eve. they said they'd call me Fri. By Sat he called again. Nope, closed. Mon I called. (no one has ever called me , I called them) Not ready. They are waiting on...a battery. They don't have a battery there. I am a nurse, I have to work the next day. If anything communication and a loaner would have been nice. ...
