I am very sorry to hear that Kevin Smith, P.A. is leaving the Franciscan Network. I have been his patient for about 15 years in combination with Dr. Burns who retired. He is very personable and does not rush any appointment. He would refer me to someone else for my neck, back, and knee issues when needed. The Franciscan Network should consider the doctor/patient relationship that is built over many years which is difficult to replace with someone new on the staff.
