Reading the reviews I must say that some people need to be ashamed of themselves for leaving such bad reviews for whatever hateful reasons. The staff is kind and warm, you notice right away that they are working! Yes, I can believe that they "may" have a 2 month waiting list because they are that good. The office being dirty and nasty is a lie, it has a 1970s decor but its not dirty and yes the plants are healthy and green. Now about Dr. Smith he is awesome, knows his job PAINLESS PAUL fits him.
Dr. Paul Smith is excellent at what he does, but the receptionist customer service is completely unacceptable. If you don't like what you do find another job, but what I won't accept is disrespectful service if I'm spending my hard earned money. I was scheduled to have four impacted wisdom teeth removed, unfortunately due to awful customer service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I would advise Dr.Smith to hire staff that reflects his level of professionalism.
Excellent chair side manner, procedure was painless. I have had no side affects everything healed nicely. Would recommend him highly to everyone.
I absolutely felt no pain.He is God sent!
