I called on Wednesday, and the lady I spoke with (unfortunately, I did not get her name) was very kind and helpful in scheduling and answering my questions. My parents' A/C wasn't working well, and because of their work schedules, they were able to accommodate James, our technician, coming out on Friday at the perfect time! James went above and beyond with communication, timeliness, and kindness! He explained everything in detail, and my parents were very happy with his service!
