They do the greatest job on their maintenance. We have a service agreement with Smith Heating & Air Conditioning, They do the greatest job on their maintenance. Their Tech's pull everything apart and clean it. Also, they make sure my permanent filter is always clean. My husband and I are extremely impressed with the work they do and even when we had a new Tech Sam it was the same great work.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND I am over the top impressed with Smith Air and Heat. Not only did they answer the phone at 645 pm, but with in an hour a professional and friendly technician was at my door. He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me the problem then fixed the problem. As a single woman, with no a/c knowledge, I was a little worried. With in an hour the technician presented me with my bill/receipt, cleaned up and left. I highly recommend Smith. Great customer service and follow through. Great prices. Thanks!!
Great service! The service with these two men was awesome! They will show you the old part and what they had to replace it with so you can see for yourself that they aren't replacing stuff just to be running up your bill. They will also give you great advice to help keep your system running for as long as possible.
