Walter and his team are professional and honest. Services are reasonably priced, too. They installed my central heat/air when I first moved into my home. They did a great job and answered all my questions. I had a breakdown due to a wire shortage (manufacturer defect, not from install) during this cold snap. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this company for years! We had a heating issue, and Mr. Smith immediately got us scheduled even though it was right before there closing hours, which was a huge relief. Really honest, straightforward service. The first time I ever called, Mr. Smith went out of his way to save me some money, and he absolutely didn't have to. I will be using Smith Heating and Air for all HVAC related service going forward, and enthusiastically recommending them to everyone in the Athens area. This level of integrity is hard to find.
Walter Smith and his team are responsive, kind, skillful, professional, and affordable! Walter comes out to assess a problem, free of charge, and then offers appropriate solutions. They have helped us by prolonging the life of aging AC/heating equipment, making safety adjustments where needed, and installing a new system when that made the most sense. All of their work is high quality at an affordable price. We cannot recommend them too highly!
Mr. Smith replaced our HVAC system. His price was the most affordable compared to multiple other HVAC companies and he and his crew quickly installed the new system. He was very transparent and easy to work with.
