They had me in and out in no time.
I loved that they gave me a free oil change. The shop is nice and they are quick.
I had a family problem and called in to reschedule appt. When I called Bill told me that he could take me the same day. I went in and there was no wait. He even took my car and washed it. I wasn’t at the dealership 45 minutes. I’m very impressed because he could have easily said no and rescheduled me for a later date. I commend Bill! I appreciate him extending his hand to help. Everything was perfect!

This place was a nightmare. We were treated to unprofessional service and a faulty carfax. The salesman (if you could call him that) who helped us was named Ryan and he was as unprofessional as they come. He provided us with a carfax that was missing much information and when we followed up on it, we had found that our car had been in a terrible accident and was overpriced. This place is not as great as people think. They literally told me they would find a way to finance me and told me not to worry about anything. Five days later they let me know there was nothing they could do. This was after several days of hassle and aggravation. When I offered to pay for the car in cash, it suddenly shot up in price as if the compounding interest was added to the price of the vehicle. They charged me a 950 dollar prep fee for a 2011 car. The experience we had from when we went in to the showroom to when we pulled away in our car. It was all excellent. The salesman went over everything in detail with us. There were no surprises and everybody was courteous. I LOVE my car!!! I would definitely recommend you guys in the future for anyone wanting to buy a new car.
