Problem Solved The service department ordered a new part, called when the part was in. Scheduled an appointment with me, and replaced the part. Problem was solved.
Great Everything went pretty well.
Helpful The service manager, Dan, spoke to me upon arrival. I was having a problem figuring out one of the functions on my GPS and he had a tech meet with me and teach me how to rectify my issue.
Smith Haven has good staff and service. An incredible team. Would recommend friends and relatives to the service department of this dealership. Note: it was not where I originally leased my car...but instead close to my office. I would certainly make the trip again.

very nice place! Main showroom was pleasant and spacious, comfortable to shop and look at vehicles. Nice customer sitting area with coffee available and rest rooms were well kept.
EL Dorado Mazda is friendly and considerate. I was not kept waiting to long. I came in knowing which kind of car I wanted and that I wanted to lease again. They made me feel they wanted my business at El Dorado Mazda. I appreciate them being helpful.
