The one star is because There is a “ no star choice”, I went to the Medford location having been a repeat customer looking to see if I could trade in my current vehicle to get something new . I knew it would be a long shot considering my credit and knew I probably wouldn’t be approved , which I wasn’t and I’m writing this review because the way I was treated!!
