wonderful experience getting a colonoscopy could be a very intimidating and nerve-racking experience, because you never know the outcome. Here at Dr Smiths office the team from beginning to end was very professional, caring ,friendly and Accommodating which makes your visit less intimidating……My recommendation 100%
My first colonoscopy experience with Dr. Smith was disappointing. His bedside manner came across as judgmental, which made an already uncomfortable situation worse. Based on the findings, I was advised to return in three years. When it came time to schedule my follow-up, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I waited an hour just to be called back, then another 30 minutes in the office before I had to leave to pick up my kid. Dr Smith is great. But the communication is very poor. You cannot reach anyone in a timely manner on the phone. I called answering service for a severe medical need. They never returned my call . This is very in professional when someone is in need of help.You leave a message and they may call back or they may not. Mrs Mary was supposed to call it order in to get fluids removed from stomach a week ago and still no contact. This office definitely could use a restructured customer service team no doubt
I was in the hospital with only 5 units of blood in my entire body, this guy showed up with a smart ass attitude, and got nastier with each question I couldn't answer. I had lost 7 units/bags of blood ( due to internal bleeding) and was barely conscious. His orders when I left the hospital were to get into his office for a colonoscopy within 1 week.
