I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with my experience here. I had a craft project that needed glass, so I stopped in to see if they could help me and offer some advice on how to finish it. They were very helpful and knew just what to do. I dropped it off a couple weeks later. The gal in the office called me with the estimate right away. Worst experience with a company ever. Waiting on a flat piece of glass to be cut. They keep giving me a date it will be ready and then pushing the date back. Been waiting a month.
I’ve used Smith Glass several times of late for various jobs: added on a sun room where they did the doors and windows, renovated a bathroom where I need a window and interior separators, and even ordered some glass table top protectors. All were provided as expected and installed quickly and professionally (according to dates promised).
