Worst experience with a company ever. Waiting on a flat piece of glass to be cut. They keep giving me a date it will be ready and then pushing the date back. Been waiting a month.
I’ve used Smith Glass several times of late for various jobs: added on a sun room where they did the doors and windows, renovated a bathroom where I need a window and interior separators, and even ordered some glass table top protectors. All were provided as expected and installed quickly and professionally (according to dates promised). This is the best glass company in the area! Smith Glass goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. They are responsive, professional, and truly care about their customers. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. This is an absolutely fantastic company who stands by their work and their product.
