Called as a common courtesy that I would be ten minutes late and couldn't take me! Soooo if I would have just showed up ten minutes late what then? I work in customer service and let me tell you if a customer gave me that common courtesy of calling and letting me know they would be late for their appointment I would thank them! THANK YOU SMITH FAMILY DENTAL I WILL SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!
