In person staff were good. The multiple bills for a short visit feel shady. As a patient with insurance I should not need to be directed to a payment plan through a third party for a simple visit.
Imaging staff are awesome. Scheduling and the “system” are FUBAR’d. People at the top who can change this need to realize scheduling, timely reminders (not the day of or the day before), and being able to confirm the date of a previous mammogram are all critical components of assisting women in receiving timely breast health. Women are busy taking care of everyone else, your inability to provide the same scheduling and records competence as my dental office is unacceptable.
Very confident with staff. Very thorough! Will continue to get mammograms there.
Always treated politely. Always prompt. Results arrived before I made it out of the building. The whole process is run very smoothly. I’ve been going here for years, and it’s been the same consistently. Well done!
