Whether it’s in person or remote service Lachlan delivers tremendous every time. This time it was a remote service, I explained my hearing issue and Lachlan did the rest. The new settings were back to me same day and the hearing aids are now operating perfectly.
I received prompt and professional service from Smith Eye and Ear Solutions. This included after house telephone advice on fixing a hearing aid problem and diagnosing a fault in the hearing aid and fixing it while I waited.
