Dr Smith genuinely listened to my concerns, ordered appropriate tests and developed a plan of action. His office even followed up with me the next day regarding my lab results. From the front desk, the nurses, the doctor to the lab, this office is top notch.
Thorough, proactive, great listener, explains test results and medical issues, very intelligent, up to date on latest technology, kind and supportive.
He listens to what you are saying and makes you feel so comfortable that I don’t feel hesitant to any anything that some may call dumb questions. I did not have to wait long. I did not feel rushed out. He explains clearly what treatment he recommends.
