Very professional. Staff was friendly. Did lab work, They called with my results, and was very pleased with the office.

I have been a paitient with Dr. Smith for at least 10 years. He and is staff have always been professional and provided me with excellent care. Dr. Smith has always taken that extra time to let me know why and what he was doing.Highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment as a new patient. They scheduled me for 10am on a Friday and said I would need to arrive a "few" minutes early to fill out paper, so I arrived at 9:50. I filled the paperwork out prior to 10am and waited about an hour before asking the receptionist what was going on. She said my appointment was actually for 10:45 and that they told me 10am to allow me time to fill out paperwork. So, unless you're a complete imbecile, no one needs 45 minutes to fill out three pages.

After my appt with Dr Smith I received my bill. I called to question my bill. After I paid my bill in full, I received a letter stating that I was being kicked out of the practice because I questioned my bill. Now, you may think I was rude when I questioned the billing person, (bc I would), but I was polite. The billing person really could not answer my questions, so who ever in the office decided that they needed to kick me out because their staff felt incompetent. They must being hiding w/$$.
