We have been waiting a month and a half for a call back. Have spoke to several people in the office and get the same thing.!! We will call you back today or tomorrow !! This has happened several times in the last month and a half. I guess we are to small for them to worry about.
The cupboards and doors and windowsills you made for our new-build home 10 years ago are still beautiful today and have never needed any service, but my 30 year old oak dining table had a broken leg and I could find no one to fix it until we thought of you. Amazingly, you brought your mobile workshop, sawed and drilled and bolted and for a very reasonable price, I’m back in business! I am so grateful and delighted. Poor paint job on brand new cabinets, when we requested corrections on details - they were very rude. Said that we must of dinged and scraped ourselves. Never went back to correct issues. Disappointing to pay so much for such mediocre job!
Smith Custom Woodworking has done several jobs for us. New cabinets, retrofitting old cabinets, and designing custom cabinets. Excellent service and attention to detail. Really well pleased with the quality and value. Good people doing good work! Highly recommend.
