Smith County Clubhouse is a great resource for those struggling with mental illness. We provide a place to build social skills, and have special speakers and classes, assist with benefit needs such as food, housing, and continued education. We even help with those who want to go back to work with resume building and support finding and going back to work. It's a safe, nurturing environment in which our members say they feel welcome and are able to build social skills.

At Christmas it was special. We received canned food and presents. People are nice-both members and staff. It’s a safe place to be yourself. There’s no one breathing down your back. People with mental illnesses gather here and have chores to do and we share the work.

This is the best place to hang out socialize meet new people they help with a lot of resources I get to come up here once a week and it’s the best place to be I play board games watch movies and eat meals here they will help with transportation if you need a ride to continue to come
