Severely disappointed with the lack of integrity and Honesty that agent Lora Russell showed. falsifying offers in order to induce a higher counter and then not producing said offer when it was requested. she was very degrading and demeaning. she insisted that every repair was minor and could be completed by a guy named "Jose" at 1/10 the price that a qualified professional actually quoted.
