I have been to different chiropractors my whole adult life, with very little lasting results, until I went to Dr. Smith. With the active release technique, and the core building exercises that he taught me, I am in better shape than ever. Even with rather severe spinal issues...scoliosis, spondilolisthesis, and arthritis, I am leading a very active life.

I would highly recommend Smith Chiropractic. I have gone to Dr Smith off and on for years to treat my spinal curvature and rotation. The active release technique he uses helps my muscles to relax so that adjustments are comfortable and effective. He provided me with some great personalized exercises so now that I live in a remote area I can maintain my spinal health.

I got a facial with Kelly, and it was a great experience from start to finish! Kelly was warm and friendly upon meeting, and was thorough it talking to me about the products I was using (some of which I found out were not so great for my skin after all!) She is a wonderful conversationalist and takes pride in her work, and it showed when I looked at my skin afterward!
