I cant begin to tell you how amazing Dr. Dale and Dr. Carol is. Dr. Dale explained to me so well why I have been suffering with headaches and every since I have been in his care, I have not had a headache since. For 5 plus years I used to have headaches daily and no doctor has been able to stop my headaches. I strongly recommend Smith Chiropractic Clinic.
