Brought our truck in and was quoted 780$ (companies are not supposed to go above the quoted price) unless they talk to you but the time we went to go pick up the truck it was closer to 1300$ lucky we had just enough to cover it the actual part was 39$. I purchased two vehicles from this dealership in 2024/2025, spending approximately $130,000 before taxes. While the sales team was professional and helpful at the time of purchase, and I successfully negotiated four complimentary oil changes per vehicle, the service experience has been consistently disappointing and frustrating. I have been waiting for months now to receive a measly reimbursemnt for 2 oil changes(actually almost 2 years since the first one), as I refused to go through their service department due to all the horror stories I heard from friends and colleagues, which the salesman agreed to do when I bought the truck. I have been in 3 times now recently, and they keep saying they will have the cheque ready soon.
