An under tray bracket damaged by the towing company getting the vehicle to the dealer. Upon dropping off my vehicle, I asked for a quote for this damaged part. My vehicle was at the dealership for about 6 weeks. When I finally got it back, they never got the quote for this part I asked for when I dropped the vehicle off. I was also given very little updates while my vehicle was there for this period of time.
