I had the unfortunate luck to purchase a used Mercury Marquis from Smith in Sept 2013. I was moving back to Nebraska the following month. (I told the salesman this when I purchased the car.) I took the car back to Nebraska and within a month had to spend 500.00 to have the tail lights fixed. Then last month had to replace fuel railer and master switch for head lights to the tune of 1K. Now the alternator for approx. 500.00 more. I would have expected to do some minor things had I have paid less for the car. I paid 7K for it ... read more

Everyone in your service department is a bunch of wanna be mechanics. I wouldn't recommend you guys for anything you need to stop reading books and start being mechanics. No telling how many people have got ripped off and just don't know about it

The last time I was in there they couldn't do a diagnostic on my car. They said they didn't have a machine that could not diagnose a car that old. Wow really ! They were nice but I am never going back!
Smith Chevrolet-Cadillac is an awesome dealership! I worked here for 3 years, straight out of high school as the receptionist while I also was in college full time. They always worked with my schedule and truly cared about me as well as all of their employees! That's why I came back! I returned in August of 2013 as the Director of Business Development and I cannot express how much I love working for this company. Everyone here truly strives to make their customers happy and will do whatever it takes to do so!
They don't lock your car on over night stays and it sits outside. . When I get out of the running car and hand it to the service department I am trusting you can take care of it.. guess not, my car has been messed up since last week, do they care? No.. not very happy with my service I have received
I just bought my 2nd car from Smith and once again I am pleased with the process and the outcome. Don and Mike at the used cars office really took care of me and my trade in. Paperwork was handled with ease thanks to the staff there! I look forward to my next purchase... In several years :)
