I didn't like that they wanted to contact me via phone when all I wanted was a simple question answered about whether the car had a specific item.

Called to see if the car i was looking at was still there and it wasn't but instead of offering a different option the just hung up after saying no...Not only was it suspicious it was weird not really good at making sales either.

Quick respond...but I drove 2 hours to only to be told that someone purchased the vehicle before the dealership opened. The first come first serve method didn't go in my favor.

The dealership only emailed me when the vehicle had been sold. They never called or talked about financing, only pulled a credit report. They were not concerned about selling me the vehicle nor trying to help with any financing. They had also kept the photo of the vehicle on their website, only to sell it within their dealership. There are better dealerships in the area that show more concern about their customers and will communicate, with their customers, all the way through the process.
